Usage rights: state in the quote where the video will run (organic, ads) and for how long; use in paid advertising is negotiated separately.
- Organic: the video is posted on your accounts with no ad budget.
- Ads: the video runs in paid campaigns; name the platforms (Meta, TikTok) and the period.
- Period: one month, three months, a year. After that, ask the creator again.
- Files: also ask for a version without music or on-screen text if you want to re-edit it.
