How do I contact the publisher?

Can I reuse content from the site?

The Kreators name and logo, the site’s design, its text, guides, tools and code belong to the publisher of Kreators or its partners. They are protected, in particular by law 2-00 on copyright and related rights. Any copy or reuse without written consent is prohibited, except for a short quotation with the source.

The text, photos and videos on profiles and links pages belong to the creators who publish them. Profiles labelled Example are fictional. The names and logos of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook and WhatsApp belong to their owners; they are mentioned only to show where creators publish and how to reach them.

How are personal data and cookies handled?

Kreators processes personal data under law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the CNDP, Morocco’s data protection authority. The privacy policy explains what data is collected, why and how to exercise your rights. The cookie policy describes the cookies used and how to accept or refuse audience measurement.

Is Kreators responsible for profiles and external links?

The information on a profile (introduction, audience, packages, prices) is published by the creator under their own responsibility, and audience figures are declared by them. Guides, market ranges and tool results are indicative and may contain errors: they do not replace advice from an accountant or a lawyer.

The site contains links to other sites, such as creators’ social media accounts. Kreators does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content. The full rules are in the terms of use.

How do I report unlawful content?

If content published on Kreators seems unlawful to you or infringes your rights (a scam, impersonation, hateful content, counterfeiting, an invasion of privacy), report it with the Report link where there is one, through the contact form or at contact@kreators.ma.

Give the page link, the content concerned, why you think it is unlawful and how to reach you. The team reviews every report and may hide or remove the content, ask for proof or suspend the account. The Trust and safety page explains the steps.

Which law applies to the site?

The kreators.ma site and this legal notice are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at an amicable solution, the competent Moroccan courts will hear the matter, subject to the rules that protect consumers (law 31-08).
