Terms of use

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms set the rules between you and Kreators when you use kreators.ma as a visitor, a creator or a client. In short: Kreators helps clients and creators find each other, for free and with no commission, and the agreement, price and payment are settled directly between them. You accept these terms when you create your account.

What are these terms for?

These general terms of use apply to the whole kreators.ma site: the directory, profiles, links pages, shortlists and free tools. The site is published by the publisher of Kreators, identified in the legal notice. In this text, “Kreators”, “we” and “us” mean that publisher.

You can browse the directory without an account; these terms then apply to your visit. To create an account, you tick the box “I am 18 or older and I accept the terms of use and the privacy policy”. These terms then form a contract between you and Kreators, made online as allowed by the Moroccan Code of Obligations and Contracts (DOC) and law 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use Kreators.

What do the words used here mean?

  • Kreators: the kreators.ma site and its publisher, identified in the legal notice.
  • User: anyone who visits the site or has an account on it.
  • Creator: a person who makes content for social media or for clients (influencer, UGC creator…) and has a creator account.
  • Client: a shop, brand, agency or individual with a client account, used to find and contact creators.
  • Profile: a creator’s public page in the directory, with their introduction, city, niches, platforms, declared audience and packages.
  • Package: a service a creator publishes with its price in MAD, such as a story, a Reel or a UGC video.
  • Links page: a creator’s optional page at kreators.ma/yourname, with its QR code, theme and simple statistics (page views, link clicks, profile views, contact clicks).
  • Contact details: the WhatsApp number, phone number and email address a creator chooses to show to signed-in members.
  • Shortlist: a list of creators a client saves for later.
  • Content: anything a user publishes on Kreators, such as text, photos, videos, links or prices.
  • Example profile: a fictional profile labelled Example, which shows how the site works and does not belong to any real person.

Who can create an account?

  • You must be 18 or over. A person under 18 cannot create an account, either as a creator or as a client. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18.
  • Each account has one role, chosen at sign-up: creator or client.
  • You give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • If you open an account for a business or an agency, you confirm you are authorised to act on its behalf.
  • You do not create an account in another person’s name without their consent, and you do not pretend to be someone else.
  • You keep your password secret and do not share it. If you think someone else is using your account, change your password and tell us through the contact form. Until you tell us, anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

What does a creator commit to?

By publishing a profile, packages or a links page, a creator agrees to:

  • give true information about themselves, their city, their platforms and their services;
  • declare honest, up-to-date audience figures, and be able to back them up with screenshots of their statistics if the Kreators team asks;
  • not buy followers, likes, views or comments, and not use fake accounts to inflate their audience;
  • only publish text, photos, videos, music and logos they own or are allowed to use, including the consent of the people who appear in them;
  • show real prices in MAD that they are ready to honour, and describe clearly what each package includes;
  • say clearly, in every paid or sponsored piece of content, that it is advertising and for which brand or shop, as required by article 23 of law 31-08 enacting consumer protection measures;
  • never publish false or misleading advertising, which article 21 of the same law prohibits;
  • follow the rules of the platforms they publish on, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat or Facebook;
  • handle their own legal status, invoices, taxes and social contributions for the money they receive.

What does a client commit to?

Creators’ contact details are personal data protected by law 09-08. A client who sees them or writes to a creator agrees to:

  • use these contact details only to offer the creator a collaboration or to discuss one with them;
  • not send bulk messages or unsolicited advertising, and not keep contacting a creator who has said no;
  • not copy, extract, sell or pass on creators’ contact details, by hand or with a bot or script, and not build a contact list from them;
  • describe the project, the product and the pay on offer honestly, and keep to the agreement made with the creator;
  • not ask for illegal or misleading content, and not ask a creator to hide that content is paid.

What is not allowed on Kreators?

You may not publish or offer on Kreators:

  • illegal, hateful, violent, discriminatory, harassing or threatening content;
  • pornographic content, or any content that endangers or exploits a minor;
  • promotion of banned products or services, or of regulated ones without authorisation, such as drugs, weapons, counterfeits, medicines or unlicensed gambling;
  • scams: fake giveaways, requests for money for a service that does not exist, fake investments, links that steal passwords;
  • false information about your identity, audience or collaborations, or impersonation of a person or a brand;
  • content that infringes other people’s rights: privacy, image rights, copyright, trade marks;
  • viruses, intrusion attempts, getting around the site’s protections, and automated copying (scraping) of the directory, profiles or contact details.

How are profiles reviewed and moderated?

The Kreators team reviews every new profile before it appears in the directory. The review checks that the profile is clear and genuine; it does not guarantee that all the information is accurate. Audience figures are declared by creators and are not checked automatically.

The Identity verified badge means the team has checked the creator’s identity. A Featured placement always carries that label. Example profiles are fictional and carry the Example label.

The team may refuse a profile, ask for proof, hide a profile, a package or a links page, remove content, or suspend or delete an account. It does so when these terms or the law are not respected, after a serious report, or to protect other users, with a measure that fits how serious the problem is. When possible, we tell you why and you can reply through the contact form.

To report a profile, content or behaviour, use the Report link where there is one, the contact form or contact@kreators.ma, with the link concerned and what happened. The Trust and safety page explains the steps.

What is Kreators’ role between a client and a creator?

Kreators is a directory and marketplace: it helps clients and creators find each other. Contact then happens outside Kreators, by WhatsApp, phone or email. Kreators is not a party to the agreement between a client and a creator, does not act on behalf of either, and takes no commission.

The client pays the creator directly, by bank transfer, cash or a product swap, as they agree. Kreators never receives, holds or transfers money for a collaboration.

The client and the creator agree between them on the services, dates, price, invoice and usage rights for the content, and each handles their own taxes. Kreators does not guarantee campaign results, payment, delivery or the quality of a service, or the figures creators declare.

To work with confidence, put the agreement in writing (the contract template lists the useful clauses), agree a deposit and the balance after publication, and ask for an invoice. More tips are on the Trust and safety page. If you disagree with each other, we can act on an account that breaks these terms, but we do not settle the dispute.

Who owns the content published on Kreators?

The Kreators name and logo, the site’s design, its text, guides, tools and code belong to the publisher of Kreators or its partners. They are protected, in particular by law 2-00 on copyright and related rights. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent, except for a short quotation with the source.

You keep ownership of what you publish. You give the publisher of Kreators a free, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce and display your content on Kreators: in the directory, on your profile and links page, in search engine results and in the previews shown when a page is shared. It may adapt the content technically (size, cropping, compression) without changing its meaning.

This permission applies worldwide for as long as the content is online on Kreators. It ends when you remove the content or delete your account, after the technical time needed to erase it from backups.

You confirm you hold the rights to what you publish. Rights to content made for a client are negotiated between the client and the creator; Kreators acquires none of them.

Is Kreators free?

Yes. At launch, Kreators is free for creators and for clients, and takes no commission on collaborations.

Paid plans may come later. They will be announced on the Plans page before any charge, none will be switched on without your explicit consent, and existing free profiles will keep their profile and page. The sales rules are in the terms of sale.

The free tools run in your browser: what you type in them is not sent to Kreators. Their results (prices, rates, amounts) are estimates to check, not tax, legal or financial advice.

How far does Kreators’ liability go?

We do what is needed to keep the site working and secure, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. It may be interrupted for maintenance, an update or an outage at a provider, and its features may change.

Kreators is liable for damage caused by its own fault. Kreators is not liable for the information and content users publish, for the agreement between a client and a creator, its performance or its payment, for campaign results, for external sites that links lead to, or for damage caused by using the site against these terms.

These limits do not apply in the event of fraud or gross fault by Kreators (article 232 of the DOC) and do not reduce the rights law 31-08 gives consumers.

If you break these terms and this causes damage to Kreators or another user, you are responsible for it.

How is my personal data protected?

Kreators processes your personal data under law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the CNDP, Morocco’s data protection authority. The privacy policy explains what data is collected, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights. The cookie policy describes the cookies used.

A creator’s contact details are shown only to signed-in members. The creator chooses which channels to show and can change them at any time.

How do I delete my account?

You can stop using Kreators at any time. To delete your account, write to us through the contact form with the account’s email address, and we delete the account, profile and links page. Some data may be kept longer where the law requires it, as the privacy policy explains.

Kreators may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, as set out above. Except for a serious breach, an emergency or a legal obligation, we warn you first and you can reply.

After an account is closed, the rules on intellectual property, liability and applicable law still apply to past events.

Can these terms change?

Yes, for example when a feature arrives or the law changes. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page. For a significant change, we tell you by email or with a message on the site at least 15 days before it applies.

If you do not agree, you can delete your account before that date. If you keep using Kreators afterwards, the new terms apply. A change required by law, or needed for users’ safety, may apply sooner.

Which law applies to a dispute?

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, in particular the Code of Obligations and Contracts and, for consumers, law 31-08 enacting consumer protection measures.

If you disagree with us, write to us first through the contact form so we can look for an amicable solution together.

If no solution is found, the dispute goes before the competent Moroccan courts. If you are a consumer, you can choose the court for your home or place of residence, or for the place where the event that caused you harm happened (article 202 of law 31-08).

How do I contact Kreators about these terms?

Write to us through the contact form or at contact@kreators.ma. The publisher’s identity and contact details are in the legal notice.
