Questions? Answered

What must an auto-entrepreneur creator’s invoice show?

Your name and address, your ICE and tax ID, the business client’s name and ICE, a sequential number and the date, a description of the service, the amount in dirhams, the words “VAT not applicable” and the payment method.

What happens above 80,000 MAD from one client?

Since the 2023 finance law, when one client pays you more than 80,000 MAD in a year for services, they withhold 30% at source on the part above 80,000 MAD. The details are in our auto-entrepreneur guide.

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. The invoice is built in your browser and Kreators stores nothing. Keep a copy of every invoice for ten years.

Can I invoice a product swap?

A product swap is still a service: agree on it in writing with the client and ask your accountant how to declare it.
