Quote template for influencers and content creators

An influencer quote settles the deal before filming: the content and its prices in MAD, where and for how long the client may use it, the deposit and the balance, the delivery date and how long the quote stands. Fill in the fields, the quote adds itself up and saves as PDF, then the client signs it off. Nothing is sent to Kreators.

Questions? Answered

What should a content creator’s quote include?

Your details and the client’s, a number and a date, how long the quote stands, each piece of content with its quantity and price in MAD, usage rights, the deposit and the balance, the delivery date, payment terms and a space for the client’s signature.

How much deposit should I ask for?

The usual practice is 30 to 50% on signing and the balance after posting. Example: a Reel and three stories at 6,000 MAD with a 40% deposit, so 2,400 MAD on signing and 3,600 MAD after posting.

Should usage rights go on the quote?

Yes. Write where the client may use the content (their accounts, their website, paid ads) and for how long. Paid ads are priced separately. For the full clauses, see our contract template.

What VAT wording does an auto-entrepreneur use?

An auto-entrepreneur’s services are exempt from VAT (article 91-II-3° of the General Tax Code): tick the box and the quote shows the wording. Have your accountant confirm it, then copy the same lines into your invoice.

What is the client sign-off box for?

The client writes “Approved”, the date and their signature: you keep a written record of the content, price, deposit and rights you agreed. For exclusivity or long ad rights, sign a contract as well.

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. The quote is built in your browser and Kreators stores nothing. Keep a copy of every signed quote with the invoice that follows it.
