Questions? Answered

Is this QR code free, with no expiry date?

Yes. The code holds your link or text itself, with no redirect service in between: it never expires and works as long as the page it points to exists. Make as many as you like, with no sign-up.

How do I make a WhatsApp QR code?

Choose WhatsApp, enter your number (06…, +212… or 00212…) and, if you like, the message the client will send. Scanning opens a chat with you, message already typed. For a link to paste in a bio, use the WhatsApp link generator.

How do I make a QR code for my Instagram or TikTok?

Choose Instagram or TikTok, then enter your username, with or without the @, or paste your profile link. Scanning opens your profile straight away.

Which colours scan best?

A dark code on a light, plain background. Avoid colours that are close to each other and light codes on dark backgrounds, which some apps cannot read: the generator warns you. Keep a light margin around it: the standard asks for 4 modules, the small squares that make up the code.

PNG or SVG: which file should I use?

PNG suits stories, websites and messages; pick 1024 px or more for a poster. SVG stays sharp at any size: it is the file to give the printer for a flyer, a menu, packaging or a shop window. Scan a proof before printing in bulk.

Do Kreators creators get their own QR code?

Yes. Every creator on Kreators has a page at kreators.ma/your-name and the QR code that opens it, to download as PNG or SVG from their account. See the links page and QR code.
