Influencer media kit and rate card: a free template in MAD

A media kit is a one- or two-page sheet that introduces a creator to clients: who you are, your audience with its share in Morocco and top cities, your engagement, your formats and prices in MAD, your past partnerships and how to reach you. As of October 2026, start from the market ranges to set your prices and update the sheet every month.

What is a media kit for?

A client who finds your account asks three questions: who will see the content, what it costs, how to reach you. A media kit answers them in a minute, without a long back-and-forth.

It also helps agencies, which compare several creators for the same client. And it helps you: filling it in forces you to set your prices.

What should an influencer media kit include?

  1. Introduction: name, photo, city, niche, one sentence on what you do and for whom.
  2. Audience: followers per platform, share of the audience in Morocco, top three cities, main age group and gender.
  3. Engagement: average engagement rate and average views of Reels or videos over 30 days.
  4. Formats and prices: your packages in MAD, with what is included and the options.
  5. Past partnerships: the clients, with their consent, and a concrete result if you have one.
  6. Contact: business WhatsApp, email, link to your profile.

Where do I find my audience statistics?

  • Instagram: on a public account, from 100 followers, insights show your follower growth, their top cities and countries, age range and most active times, over a period you pick within the last 90 days.
  • TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and Facebook have their own analytics too: note the same items for each account.
  • Engagement: work it out with the engagement rate calculator.

Can my Kreators profile be my media kit?

Yes. Your Kreators profile shows your city, niche, platforms and up to five packages with their prices in MAD. You edit it whenever you like, and a client who views it contacts you directly on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.

You also get a link-in-bio page, kreators.ma/your-name, and a QR code to share. It is all free at launch with no commission: see the creators page.

Questions? Answered

Should I put my prices in my media kit?

Yes, at least "from" prices. The client knows at once whether the budget fits and you avoid pointless back-and-forth.

How many pages should a media kit be?

One or two. Beyond that the key points get lost: keep the detail for the quote.

How many followers do I need before making a media kit?

As soon as your audience statistics are available. On Instagram, your followers' cities and countries show from 100 followers.

How often should I update it?

Every month, or after a post that got a lot of views. Six-month-old figures give a false picture of your account.

Which tool should I use to make it?

A presentation tool is enough, Canva or Google Slides for example, exported as a PDF. Your Kreators profile can also do the job.
