Trust and safety

Kreators reviews every profile before it is listed and clearly marks example profiles. To work safely, check the creator’s engagement, put the agreement in writing, pay a deposit and the balance after publication, ask for an invoice, and report any abuse to support@kreators.ma.

What do the badges mean?

  • Identity verified: the Kreators team checked who the creator is. This badge cannot be bought.
  • Pro vetted: the team reviewed the profile (published content, clear packages, past collaborations). It cannot be bought either.
  • Featured: a placement at the top of a list. It is always labelled, so it is never mistaken for a verification.
  • Example: a fictional profile that shows what Kreators looks like. It has no real contact and is left out of every statistic.

How are profiles reviewed?

A new profile waits until the team reviews it, then it appears in the directory. Audience figures are still declared by the creator: the review does not replace your own checks.

How do I spot fake followers?

  • Work out the engagement with the free calculator: a very low or unusually high rate is a warning sign.
  • Read the comments: real conversations in Darija or French beat generic emojis.
  • Ask for screenshots of their Instagram or TikTok insights: the share of the audience in Morocco and in your city.
  • Compare Reel or TikTok views with the follower count.
  • The fake followers guide explains every check.

How do I pay a creator safely?

  • Put the formats, dates, price and use of the content in writing (see the contract template).
  • Agree on a deposit, for example 30 to 50%, and pay the balance after publication.
  • Pay the creator themselves, never an unknown middleman speaking for them.
  • Ask for an invoice if the creator is an auto-entrepreneur, with their ICE and yours if you have one.
  • Keep the conversation in writing (WhatsApp, email or Kreators messages).

Who sees my contact details?

A creator’s contact details only show to signed-in members; visitors see a masked number. Kreators handles personal data under law 09-08 and our privacy policy.

How do I report a problem?

Write to support@kreators.ma with the link to the profile or page and what happened. Every creator links page also has a Report link. The team can hide a profile, ask for proof or suspend an account.

What Kreators does not do

  • Kreators never holds the money of a collaboration and takes no commission.
  • Kreators is not a party to the agreement between client and creator.
  • Kreators guarantees neither campaign results nor the figures creators declare.

Questions? Answered

Is the Pro badge paid?

No. The Identity verified and Pro vetted badges are granted by the team after review. Only a Featured placement may one day be paid, and it will always be labelled.

What if a creator doesn’t post?

Remind them in writing of the agreement. With no answer, don’t pay the balance and report the profile to support@kreators.ma.

What if a client doesn’t pay?

Keep the invoice and the written messages, remind them, and report the account to support@kreators.ma. A deposit before publication limits this risk.
