Cookie policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

Kreators uses a few cookies the site needs to work, and Google Analytics audience-measurement cookies only if you accept them. No advertising cookies. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the site’s pages.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser to remember something: your language, or the fact that you are signed in, for example. The browser’s local storage (localStorage) works the same way; we also list what we keep there.

Necessary cookies are essential for the site to work: language, sign-in, remembering your choice. Audience-measurement cookies are only set with your consent.

How does audience measurement work?

We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages are read and improve the site. It runs with Google’s consent mode (Consent Mode v2), set up as follows:

  • Until you accept, Google Analytics neither sets nor reads any cookie.
  • If you accept, the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies are set and Google measures your visit: pages viewed, device type, approximate region.
  • Advertising storage is always refused, even if you accept: Kreators shows no advertising.
  • Google’s script loads on every page. According to Google’s documentation, without your consent it may send cookieless signals (time, browser, the page you came from, the state of your choice), which cannot recognise you from one visit to the next.
  • Measurement only runs on kreators.ma and www.kreators.ma, never on our test versions.
  • Google LLC processes this data in the United States. The privacy policy explains how we protect your data.

How do I accept, refuse or change my mind?

Refusing does not stop you using Kreators: every page and every feature stays available.

  • On your first visit, a window at the bottom of the screen offers “Accept” and “Refuse”, two buttons of the same size.
  • Your choice is kept for 6 months in the kreators_consent cookie, then you are asked again.
  • To change your mind, click “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the site’s pages: the window opens again.
  • If you withdraw your consent, Google Analytics stops measuring your visits. The _ga cookies already set stay in your browser until they expire: you can delete them in your browser settings.

How do I block or delete cookies in my browser?

Every browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Samsung Internet…) lets you see, block or delete cookies, usually under Settings, then Privacy. Clearing the data of kreators.ma also clears its local storage.

If you block the necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to your account and the site will not remember your language.

Do other services set cookies?

  • Google Analytics sets its cookies only with your consent, as explained above.
  • Kreators uses no advertising cookies, no social network pixels and no share buttons that track your visits.
  • On the sign-up page, the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot check looks at technical signals from your browser (IP address, browser type) to tell a person from a bot. According to Cloudflare, these signals are strictly necessary and are not used to identify, profile or target you.
  • Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp or other sites, on profiles and links pages, take you to those services, which apply their own cookie rules.
