Terms of sale

Last updated: 30 October 2026

Today Kreators sells nothing: the site is free for creators and clients, with no commission. These terms set out in advance the rules that will apply if paid plans are offered, so you know them before any purchase.

Does Kreators sell a paid service today?

No. No paid service is sold on Kreators at the moment, and you are not asked for any payment. The profile, links page, directory, contact details and shortlists are free.

These terms do not cover creators’ services. Their price, payment and invoice are settled directly between the client and the creator, with no commission for Kreators, as the terms of use explain.

How will paid plans be presented?

If paid plans arrive, they will first be announced on the Plans page. Existing free profiles will keep their profile and page.

You will be able to check your order and correct any mistake before confirming it, and you will then receive a confirmation of the purchase and an invoice by email. Before any purchase, you will see clearly:

  • what the plan includes;
  • its price in dirhams (MAD), all taxes included;
  • its duration and renewal terms;
  • the payment methods accepted;
  • whether a right of withdrawal applies, and how to use it;
  • the publisher’s identity and contact details, which are in the legal notice.

How will payment and renewal work?

The payment methods accepted will be shown on the Plans page and at checkout. The price is paid when you order, unless stated otherwise. If card payment is offered, it will go through a specialist payment provider and Kreators will not store your card details.

A plan renews only if you explicitly agreed to it at purchase. You will be able to stop renewal at any time, and we will email you before each renewal.

A price increase will never apply to the current period. It will be announced before the next renewal, and you can then stop the plan.

Can I change my mind after buying?

If you buy as a consumer, that is for your non-professional needs, you have seven days to withdraw, without giving a reason or paying a penalty (article 36 of law 31-08 enacting consumer protection measures). For a service, the period starts when the offer is accepted, that is when you buy. It becomes thirty days if we have not confirmed in writing the information the law requires.

To withdraw, send your request through the contact form or to contact@kreators.ma, with your account’s email address.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to a service that has started, with your consent, before the seven days are over (article 38 of law 31-08), for example a plan you ask to switch on straight away. We will ask for that consent before you buy. Nor does it apply if you buy for your business, because you are then not a consumer under the law.

How do refunds work?

After a withdrawal, we refund the full amount paid, without delay and within 15 days of your request at the latest (article 37 of law 31-08), using the payment method you used, unless you accept another one.

If we stop a paid plan or close your account, for whatever reason, we refund the part of the price that covers the unused period. We do the same if a paid service cannot be provided to you because of us.

Outside these cases, a period that has started is not refunded, but you can stop renewal at any time.

What does a paid plan guarantee?

A paid plan gives access to features of the site. It does not guarantee client requests, collaborations, income or results, and Kreators stays outside agreements between clients and creators.

Kreators’ liability is as described in the terms of use, which also apply to paid plans. It never reduces the guarantees and rights law 31-08 gives consumers.

Which law applies to a dispute?

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, in particular law 31-08 and the Code of Obligations and Contracts. Each plan may set out its own terms; the version that applies is the one you accept at purchase.

If you disagree with us, write to us first through the contact form to look for an amicable solution. Otherwise, the dispute will go before the competent Moroccan courts; if you are a consumer, you can choose the court for your home or residence, or for the place of the event that caused you harm (article 202 of law 31-08).
